Do you need help?
If you have been a victim of intimate image abuse, a Helpline practitioner can give you advice and support. You are not alone with this and we can help. You can reach us on the phone, by email or by sending us an anonymous ‘Whisper’ report.
The Helpline can only support victims living in the UK who are over the age of 18. If you are under 18, please find more help and advice here.
We politely ask that you only use one of these contact routes, we will get back to you as soon as you can.
When are we open?
The Helpline is open from 10 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
What do I need to say?
If you're able to tell us a bit about what has happened this would help us to be able to give you the best advice possible. If you have any specific questions about the type of advice and information you're looking for, don't hesitate to ask.
These questions might be able to prompt you to know what to tell us:
- Has someone shared your images online? Where have they been shared?
- Is someone threatening to share your images? Where are they threatening to share them?
- Do you know who is doing this personally or did you meet them online?
- Try to provide us with direct URL links via email to any content that has been shared online and if you would like us to help with reports of users, provide a screenshot or direct URL link to their profile.

How can I get support outside of your opening hours?
Our new chatbot can be found on the bottom right-hand side of all web pages. This can allow you to get instant advice from the chatbot and leave details for a practitioner to get in touch when the Helpline reopens. This service is available 24/7.

Not sure what to speak to the Helpline about? Trying to understand what intimate image abuse is? REIYA- the automated chatbot - may be able to help you.
REIYA is a step-by-step chatbot that asks questions about what you have been experiencing so we can find the service to best support you, as well as give you advice when you need it.
If you wanted to make a report, your details will be sent directly to the correct Helpline and they can get in touch with you to help you further.

The chatbot is not a real person but has been built with real-time chatting in mind.

Can I request a call back? You can ask us to call you back, send us an email or submit a Whisper with your contact number and convenient time to call. We will respond to your request as soon as we can within our opening hours.
How much will my call cost?* Calls cost the same as standard landline numbers that start with '01' or '02'. If your phone tariff offers inclusive calls to landlines, calls to 0345 numbers will also be included in the same way. The Helpline does not operate a call queuing system, protecting callers from unexpected call charges. We are a charity and do not receive any income from call charges.

Whisper, our anonymous reporting form
You can send us a direct message via our anonymous reporting form, Whisper. This means you do not need to provide us with any of your personal details, but you can send us messages with questions and we can reply through the form. Messages will only be replied to during our opening hours, Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm.
