The helpline is open from 10 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. The phone line operates from Tuesday to Friday. On Monday's the Helpline operates by email and message only.

What number do I call? 0345 6000 459*
Can I request a call back? You can ask us to call you back, send us an email or submit a Whisper with your contact number and convenient time to call. We will respond to your request as soon as we can within our opening hours.
How much will my call cost?* Calls cost the same as standard landline numbers that start with '01' or '02'. If your phone tariff offers inclusive calls to landlines, calls to 0345 numbers will also be included in the same way. The Helpline does not operate a call queuing system, protecting callers from unexpected call charges. We are a charity and do not receive any income from call charges.
You can send us a direct message via our anonymous reporting form, Whisper. This means you do not need to provide us with any of your personal details, but you can send us messages with questions and we can reply through the form. Messages will only be replied to during our opening hours, Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm.
You can chat with us through Facebook Messenger during our opening hours of 10 am to 4 pm, if we are not available, send us a message anyway and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
